CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you are not able to attend you may transfer your course to someone else to attend in your place or you may reschedule your course date. Should you decide to cancel a course you have booked, you may request a refund provided that you cancel your booking 48 hours or more before the class starts.

KINDLY NOTE: In the event of a class being booked within 48 hours of commencement, the refund policy will not apply. Please bear this in mind when booking.

The HealthyFood Studio reserves the right to cancel the course if there are not enough attendees, but we will make every effort to place you in an alternative course on a date and time that is convenient for you.

Terms and conditions apply. In order to participate, you will be requested to sign an indemnity form on the day of the class.

By clicking checkout, you agree to the terms and represent and warrant that you are at least 18 (eighteen) years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. You accept the terms and conditions governing your and your minor child’s participation (if applicable) and indemnify Discovery Vitality, its holding company, subsidiaries, any of its affiliated and/or constituent bodies, and directorates and or/or any representative, employee, servant or agent of the foregoing bodies or persons against any claim whatsoever and howsoever arising which may be made against them or any of them by any person and/or against any liability which may be incurred by you and /or your minor child and/or any damage which may be by the minor child, arising directly or indirectly out of any act or omission of any nature whatsoever, whether negligent or otherwise (including gross negligence), on our part.
