Join our healthy cooking class to learn how to prepare creative and delicious vegetarian dishes. On the menu we have wild mushroom mousse served with crunchy tortilla chips, deconstructed guacamole and onion crackling for starters, pickled zucchini spaghetti served with garden peas, mini cauliflower steaks, mange tout and grilled baby carrots for mains, and a summer pineapple, ginger and turmeric tart served with raspberries, dehydrated pineapple and mint for dessert. Ticket prices are per person.
